1. Length of shoulder seam: Measure from the side of the neck to where the shoulder meets the arm (you can expect this measure to be somewhere between 6 and 8 inches depending on your size.)

2. Regular Sleeve Length: With the arm slightly bent in front of you like holding a candle – measure from where the shoulder meets the arm - continuing around the outside of the elbow - then, continuing to the wrist.

3. Length of Arm: With the arm slightly bent in front of you like holding a candle, measure from the center of the back of the neck (where neck is level with the shoulders at the top of the spine) - continuing to where the shoulder meets the arm - then, continuing around the outside of the elbow - then, continuing to the wrist.

4. Outer Cassock Sleeve Length: If an outer cassock is ordered and you want the sleeves to extend beyond the finger tips when the arms are at your side, measure from the center of the back of the neck (where the neck is level with the shoulders at the top of the spine) - continuing to where the shoulder meets the arm - then continuing to the end of the finger tips with your arms at your side.

5. Neck Size: If you wear a clergy shirt or a cassock under your vestments, please be sure to measure around that collar while you are wearing it. Measure over any collar you normally wear under your cassock or vestments and around the part of the collar that is most full.

6. Front Length: From the front, measure from the bottom of collar to bottom of garment.(This would be where you would like the length of the Vestment to fall in the front – for example, the ankle at the top of the shoe. Wear shoes you would normally wear to take this measurement.)

7. Back Length: From the Back, measure from the bottom of collar to bottom of garment. (This would be where you would like the length of the Vestment to fall in the back – for example, the ankle at the top of the shoe. Wear shoes you would normally wear to take the measurement)

8. Waist Drop: From the back, measure from Bottom of collar to Waist.

9. Shoulder Width: Shoulder Tip to Shoulder Tip.

10. Chest. Measure under the arms at the most full part of the Chest

11. Phelonion Front Length.The front of Greek Style Phelonions are typically up to 24 inches long from the front collar and will be made to this length unless you specify otherwise. If you require a shorter or longer Phelonion front, please measure to where you would like the front of the Phelonion to end from the bottom of the front collar. You only need to fill in this section if you require a different length in the front.

12. Phelonion Back Length. The back of Greek Style Phelonions are long. They are typically a little shorter than the Sticharion (Undergarment) and will be made this way unless you specify otherwise. If you require a shorter length in the back, please measure where you would like the back of the Phelonion to end from the bottom of the back collar. You only need to fill in this section if you require a shorter length in the back.

13. Epimanikia (Cuffs) at Wrist. The standard measure for the wrist is 8”. If your wrist is LESS THAN 8 inches, please record the measurement.

14. Epimanikia (Cuffs) at the forearm. Standard Measure for the forearm (located approximately 6-1/2 inches above the wrist) is 11-1/2 inches. If your forearm measurement is LESS THAN 11-1/2 inches please record the measurement.

15. Weight. Please list in pounds

16. Height. Please list in Inches

17. Shirt Size: Please give Dress Shirt Size. Example: 17 33/34

18. Suit Coat Size: Example: 42 Regular
